A table menu QR code your assistant can re-point without reprinting
Print a dynamic QR code once and point it at this season's menu. When the menu changes, tell your assistant; the printed code keeps working and you can ask how many tables scanned it.
Steps
- Ask your assistant for a dynamic code with the URL of your current menu (a web page or a PDF link) and your logo.
- Print it on the table cards. With a logo the code uses the highest error correction, so it still scans.
- When the menu changes, ask "point the menu QR code to the winter menu".
- The printed code does not expire.
